lol...They almost never prosecute those kinds of laws. I think they only way they would do that is if the person had done a lot of sheeit and really deserved to go to jail. I'm not sure how long ago the last prosecution of these kinds of laws occurred, either.

You were almost right. This is never enforced except sometimes in the military. The only time adultry is used in a legal sense is in a divorce preceeding.

There are many laws on the books left over from long time past. Its easier to just let them stay there and not enforce them, than to remove them alltogether.
