Various bullsh!t has come together in our culture to convince us that the troubling things of the meat are not important. Blame feminisms, or Hollywood or whatever. The end result is that we have people who have forgotten that we are not some floating ghosts: we are flesh, we are here to breed. End of story.

so for every friend and stranger i've helped, for every person i've done favors for without asking anything in return, for ever moment of my time I've volunteered a selfless act...I am judged because of my decision to not have children ?

I need a legacy, and I like kids. Fatherhood appeals to me. I come from a large family, and family is the most important thing for me. Everything is secondary to that.

The sad thing is that so few women feel the same way. The fact that she would have a kid and then ship the youngster off to daycare so she can pursue a career is hardly the kind of woman that I would want to share my life with or raise my kids. Kids have become fashion items.

I think I need to just make a mint, piss off to some third world country living off the interest. Ill find some local girl who is happy to raise 6 kids and tend a home. I sure as **** am not going o find it in any western country these days.

Well, they are good questions and in all honesty, I can't give an all answering reply since I don't have a blueprint of life. Thank God, since that would be all too boring. I can only give my views on matters. Like I said, for someone else, children don't even enter the picture of living a fullfilling life.

Reasoning such as 'yea she can divorce you, turn sour, take your money and run'...I'm done with that kind of negative spiralling. I see it as negative since it assumes a bad ending from the outset. If you go through life like that, you can just as well lock yourself up in your house and do nothing at all. Something similar goes for the 'in the grand scheme of things so and so doesn't matter'.

As for dependency...yea, you could see it like that. I would like to think it's more of a cooperation. Does that mean you need to lose your entire sense of self, your selfworth? No it doesn't, that only happens when you let it happen.

Oh, and as for 'Miss Right'...waiting for 'The One' is stupid since there's no 'The One' out there. But it has to be a woman with whom I can at least imagine having children with.
