Many women are actively well aware of the 'con' as you phrase it and still seek it out knowing fully well what is likely to entail. Lead with your height/physique and become the 'GigaChad' they desire.

A lot of putting down of the OP seems to be missing the bigger point: our society is being subverted by nefarious agents. The demise of assortive mating, (and allowing women to be more indulgent in their emotions) has only been one aspect of this assault. It's great to better one's self (people do generally suck), but awareness of the situation at hand is paramount - that way the individual can make an informed decision on what percentage of their time and energy to devote to self-improvement, and what percentage to devote to societal improvement/salvation, or what percentage to devote to mere physical survival.

plus he does seminars for home flippers. 80% of people can’t get on their feet and run a seminar. This takes a certain amount of get up and go.

The issue is, we are EXACTLY THE SAME. Tons of women aren’t exactly beautiful but they do a few squats, stay a normal weight and then slap on makeup and revealing clothing and hey presto! We are all drooling.

I’ve said this many times but men have no idea whatsoever on the amount of work it takes hot women to be hot. Most of it is truly down to the amount spent on hair, skincare etc. it makes an enormous difference.

You are missing the mark about that particular guy lol. This guy literally is so insecure that he was editing his photos to make himself look more impressive than he actually was. In his photos, he looked like this huge ripped guy but if you saw him in person he was a ****ing manlet that looked like a completely average guy that you'd see at the gym or in public lol. I don't really know how to explain how ridiculous that is, especially from a man that's around 30.

As for the seminars, it's one of those things that you hear advertised on the radio. I'm talking like how you can make money fast by flipping homes, it's a complete bunch of nonsense that is sold to people that don't know any better. If he had such a great idea that worked, why tf would he be selling it to other people lol. Again, I don't really know how to explain the degree of b.s that is lol.

Because these people are great salesmen, not unlike people who are super successful at car sales, door to door sales, business sales, etc.

They know their customer, know how to get them to see value in what they are selling and how to trigger them to buy.

Instead of dissing them, you should be trying to learn from them. Obviously not taking the fake stuff, but there is plenty you could learn about how they do it and use it to your advantage.

There is something you can learn from just about anyone who is good at something you are not or does something you don't, and incorporate it into what you do to help you become better at it.

I totally understand where you are coming from with these people having a good salesman vibe, even though it's all just a bunch of b.s. lol. I personally would have a very difficult time acting like that to the fullest extent, I could just never be that fake and actually take myself seriously. The way I look at things like this is instead of being a huge phoney, I'd rather just become the real deal and let the results speak for themselves. However, I also don't feel the need to advertise these things to people in the real world. I don't talk about financial success or this or that because I don't feel the need to do so in the hopes of impressing people. That's the key difference, these men constantly boast about these accomplishments, that are interestingly all fake, and yet people, including women, seem to be drawn to it instead of thinking "damn, that guy is a huge phoney" lol.

I agree, but I don't find that surprising. In many ways, women are kind of like aliens to us. And in some ways, we are just as alien to them. It is, however, much easier for them to manipulate us than vice versa.

Men are just manipulated by the idea of getting sex and many will put up with a lot of b.s just to have a chance at it. Women know this and it's why many of them get away with too much because a lot of men don't have the ability to walk away or be without sex. WTF are you talking about? I'm taller and in better shape than the vast majority of men out there, and for my age it's well well above average lol. You are making way too many assumptions, I wear normal clothes that are appropriate to the setting. I don't go for escorts because I don't think that's a good habit to develop. I don't go out because I don't like drinking alcohol or staying up late, as it's counterproductive to my goals, and I never even enjoyed going.

I wouldn't call it dwelling. I post threads like this because there is something that I'll see or come across in my day to day life that reminds me of something and I come on here to vent/rant about it. I think most women are just plain dumb and make terrible choices with the men they go for. However, instead of learning from the experiences they had with these losers they just repeat it over and over again and wonder why they continue to have the same results. On the other hand, they may also become legitimately bitter over these experiences and instead of blaming themselves for the mistake they made they blame men as a whole. I find it interesting to discuss these things but the more and more I talk about it and the more I see in my life over the years the more I realize how much better my life is not being in the game.
