I'm curious about how long you've been in this state for though? I remember you saying in another thread that dating now was vastly superior to your 20s and even 30s.. when did it change for you?
I'm 42. Yes, SMV still peaks today, though I've been in peak conditioning in my 20s and 30s. As you get older, besides the exponential growth in your net worth and income, you gain stronger social acuity and awareness not available in your younger years. I date much younger, 10-20 years, but none of these young beauties are a match of wits or status for me.

Surely, a HB9 25 yo, has been validated and entitled to the hill by being approached and complimented thousands of times. But how could let's say a 30yo guy with a 9 in the looks department, possibly compete?

Entitlement levels much match: Hers by looks alone; mine by my life. The H9 model that hangs in Cipriani is not on the same level as the 30yo 9 player guy who hangs out at the local club. Different levels entirely. As men get older and organically become part of higher social circles, the venues change and so does the man's attitude, social awareness, and thinking (thus value). I'll take a random HB9 out to a couple venues I frequent regularly, and all of a sudden her value pales in comparison: Now she must qualify to me. I didn't have access to these circles in my younger years, as I wasn't socially mature enough to acclimate. The game changes as you get older, but in the man's favor should he focus in those areas designed specifically to complement his higher value.

My looks attract the date. My status creates the "soldier."
