Why do Guys get so Hot over their cars, bikes etc?

I think men are better drivers. What I mean by "better" is that they seem to have more control of the vehicle. As others have said, men drive faster or more aggressively, resulting in more accidents for men than women.

Driving a car with waaaaaay more power than you need to get from point A to point B is just plain fun; it's a rush. I imagine a motorcycle would be even more of a rush.

Besides that, men just like mechanical things. I don't know why, but it's always been that way for me: when I was little, Lego was my favorite toy, and I always found myself taking stuff like mechanical pencils apart so I could see how they worked.

I'm planning on being a computer programmer. It's really the same thing as Lego, but a lot more dry, with a lot more math, a lot less sleep, and it's a lot more fun!

why do I get hot over my car? Cause when I'm ripping around a blind corner at 2 in the morning at 60 with the rear end coming loose, that gives me an adrenaline rush no girl has been able to match so far.

Dude, maybe you should try being a mechanical engineer? Just a guess, but it sounds like you would enjoy that alot.

Cars and Sports are to men as Handbags and Weddings are to women. Although there are SOME members of the other sex that really understand the gravity and nature behind the passion for them, for the most part these people are few and far between and overall one sex enjoys said subjects on a deeper level.

I know some biker chicks but really the bike community is 90% male, not a matter of opinion, just the way things are.

So you're the ass in D.C. last night that turned left through an intersection at 50-60, ran up the curb, blew both front tires, and came within (nonexaggeration) 2 feet of hitting me as my girlfriend dove one direction and i sidestepped in the other and then didn't even bother to stop but just drove down the sidewalk and up the street on 2 flats?

Women have more accidents in pure numbers.

Men have the bigger, more serious accidents. We might not crash a lot but when we do we make them count

Well personally, I am not that crazy about shoe shopping. I only own like 16 pairs but I get what you are saying. He did somewhat impress me by his car talk seeing as how he never looked like the type to work on cars and bikes and generally get greasy, but now I see he doesnt mind getting all sweaty and dirty. In fact the night I was over at his place while he was taking apart his bike, he was covered in sweat and didn't take a shower until the morning. Perhaps he was too busy entertaining me, but there's a tip for you fellas. If you get sweaty/dirty wash up before you invite a girl over to indulge in a heavy make out/sex session. Okay? But for the record I forgive the guy as I kept him up all night playing pool.

By the way, speaking of accidents I witnessed a guy rear ending a girl on the way to work this morning. When I come into town the speed changes from 55 to 45 mph.

Anyway there are two roads on the left that people frequently pull out of so I always adjust my speed bc people are either turning left to get in my lane or about 10 feet down turning left to get on another highway. Well, I figured the guy was gonna pull out in front of me so I let him have plenty of room but at the same time he pulled out a girl was slowing down to turn left on the other road.

Apparently, he had accelerated past 45 mph bc he didnt see her stopped until it was too late. His tires burned rubber on the pavement and they were smoking and he hit her. I have never seen tires smoke like that. I always hear them screech but never do I witness them burn like that. It was pretty interesting. Anyway his front end was smashed. It sucks for both parties involved I am sure.
