Yes, I've had A LOT of success with Italian Women but have also had success with all types. I haven't been involved much at all with black, Hispanic or Asians but I definitely had many opportunities.

My ex GF's were straight up brunette pale white girls.

Well then I find it tough to believe that you have not been with women that look similar to you if you have been with a lot of Italian women. If you are in the NYC area, then most Italians there are Sicilians and Southern Italians. Is it more of a use a Gina Carano lookalike for sex but LTR a very white looking Italian?

Most couples I see out in public look like brother and sister to me. I always thought this was odd, but then I saw my ex posting her new fling and I saw he looked just like her brother and had a same similar Eastern European surname. One of the reasons I refuse to date black women is because I don’t want to date someone that looks like my sister, cousin, aunt, etc. My family is pretty diverse so there’s a lot to compare to; I’m even related to white people lol.

No, you're not pal. Read a scientific study about it. Its largely due to ego. If someone has the same gaps between specific features as you, you will find them attractive, for example the gap between the nose and the mouth.

90% of the girls I've been intimate with were the opposite of me yet when they finally decided to settle down most of them matched with someone similar to them.

Most of them were light skinned, blue/green eyed ones while my hair are dark as night.

Funny however that I'm average height for a man (5'11) yet I'm a magnet for tall girls which I also like.

@Fortune_favors_the_bold can kind of comment on this but OP, I kind of thought back to the points made on this thread and what I have witnessed. Users in general from Europe can also talk about this too.

I notice that Eastern European women with dark hair/tanned skin and women from the Balkans seems to love guys that look similar to them and their ethnic appearance as well as have a thing for Latin/Mediterranean looking men. I've seen this through and through in having met a lot of hot ones. Lo and behold, they are considered to be some of the best looking women in the world and even on a poll I did on here, they came out as the most desirable to men. Almost every guy who is well off and can get hot girls through his wealth, status, or looks seems to love Eastern European women, even our former orange President got his wives from the part of the world.

Even with blondes I notice that the natural sexy blondes actually love blond men but the fake bleached ones are the ones that don't.

Now on the other hand, the group of European women I have seen to be exact opposite of this are Mediterranean women, especially Italian women that look ethnic.

I notice that they tend to worship people with blond hair and blue eyes and would even take a James Corden lookalike over a Cristiano Ronaldo. Lo and behold, most men such as @Fortune_favors_the_bold in particular have wrote about how this part of the world produces some of the ugliest women out there (on the outside and especially the inside). This is also true for Italian American women who hate ethnic looking men even if she herself looks quite ethnic. I've also heard from my Italian friends how the brunettes in the country hate a good looking blonde.

My theory is that women who come from groups that are thought of as less than desirable and know that they cannot compete with women from better looking groups (aka a Mediterranean girl trying to compete with an Eastern European one) tend to hate their own ethnic appearance and hence go for the opposite. Meanwhile, women who are thought of as attractive and come from nationalities the world sees as hot tend to love their own look and go for men similar to them in appearance.
