Why do girls apologize so much?

Yeah, well, something I've been noticing alot lately is that some girls will go out of their way to apologize to you and I'm interested in knowing if it really means anything. Take this for example, I'm walking into the hallway and this chick accidently, she replies with "Sorry, no I really didn't mean to hit", I say something along the lines of "It's okay", then she says "Sorry, I can just be a goof somtimes" or something like that. That's the only time I've ever had a girl really go that in-depth with a "Sorry", but overall, girls are always say "Sorry', even over the littlist things. Are girls just nice like that or is there a reason that they're always doing, like maybe there intimidated or something? Thanks.

If she's apologizing to you or around you, it's possible that she wants you to notice how she is socially accepted. ie. 'look at me, I'm submissive to society's norms!'

Ask a general question, get a generalized answer.

Some girls are nice, some girls are mean, some girls are flirts, some girls are serious, and some girls are all of the above. The scenario you gave would probably be in the "nice girl" category. Nice girls apologize when they think they've done something wrong.

have a serious talk with your principal and tell him that you won't put up with that bullsh1t any longer and if they suspend you or do anything against you, your family is gonna bring that case to the school council and then to the police, for touching you without a reason. the principal will be afraid about getting the school involved in a law case, so he will just say sorry
