I saw patterns in getting stuck with attractive crazy women and getting walked on and eventually discarded. I came here and essentially found out I had been doing it wrong for decades with regard to women, and hell, people in general.
The men here tell you how it is, and that's something very hard to find in today's weakened, PC America. I think the final experience that brought me here was a tangle with a BPD stripper. I hit up Bible_Belt in PM looking for was to "tame" the chick I was with, and he patiently pointed the way through. From that point on, it struck me as essential to be a member here.
I look at SoSuave as a support group of sorts and a means to help me not only pull better women more consistently, but how to keep them around and be a better man in general.
The principles I've learned here extend far beyond women. They've helped me to be a better leader in my business, to gain respect among peers and people in general, taught me that what's most important is answering to myself at the end of the day and liking what I hear, and having a better life by cutting out the BS.
This is also the first site that has helped me to see things as they are with regard to women, gender roles, feminism and how to get around mainstream thinking in order to get what you want from people and women.
It's nice to walk into public places and see 30 supplicating nice guys and know that while I'm not yet the perfect alpha male, I'm still leaps and bounds ahead of the majority of the men in my locale thanks to the advice I've received here.
