I don't have a fetish nor am I an expert here, but I do like licking a woman's feet if I am comfortable with her. I mean, I like to lick em all over, really, so its not like I get hung up on the feet.
It really depends on how strong your fascination for feet is, and how obvious you make it. You mention how women spend a lot of time on their feet, but you fail to mention that they also spend a lot of time on other parts of their body, yet you're not as fascinated by those other bits.
Also, being attracted to a woman's feet is relatively healthy I imagine, but SHOES? Really dude? You like women's shoes?
