These types of posts have always entertained the hell out of me. To be completely honest this site isn't really that special when it comes to picking up women. Whether this site, the community, or every seduction book in the world was around or not you would still have the urge to go and get laid. It is your nature and you will always succumb to its whim.

Go outside and look around at all the couples or all the guys making moves on women. There is a huge chance that none of them has ever even heard of half of this stuff and they are successful. If anything I think that belonging to this "community" holds most guys back. It creates a backdrop of dependence. How many posts on the main forum page can truthfully be answered? Maybe one or two a day. The majority deal with things that a normal man would hash out on his own without external counsel. Its like how many DJs does it take to screw a h0e? At least 5, two to give the wrong advice, one to realize that the poster is probably an idiot who either wont listen at all or will take everything on a fundamental level, and one to hijack the thread.

So MTV can go ahead and take this entire community and tell it to the world, or at least the high school world, and it will have no effect on about 99% of anyones ability to get laid. If anything it will just mean that this forum will become so ridiculous that I will be able to get a lot of cheap laughs.

They might pick up on PUAs but us DJs are different. We are natural and real. We dont need lines. A true DJ is just a freindly social person who has conrol over his life. It may up girls awarness but they will see the few diamonds through the dirt and even Cubic Zerconium.

Good point. There are so many threads here that are "she said this: was I too harsh/sweet/AFC?" and "should I drink condensed milk?" and let's not forget the "let's say hypothetically if this were to happen... what do I do?" kind of crap.

Pretty much stupid **** that one should be able to figure out by themselves.

It takes effort, dedication, and lots of hard work to even get close to becoming the ideal "DJ". Not alot of people are willing to do that, they just want the quick fix like a line or a cool story.

News flash: That don't make you a DJ. It just makes you a pathetic wannabe.

You can't read one book and become a respectable buddhist monk.

You can't watch one instructional golf video and become a pr0 golfer.

...and you certailnly can't watch a one off show on MTV about pickup and become a PUA. There's no serious threat here. It's quite likely in the future that there will be some sort of commercialisation that stretches beyond what 'The Game' and 'The Rules' did. But 99.9% of guys who watch such shows will not have the balls/initiative to go out and practice.

Yeah.. we have nothing to sweat. Most don't want to even bother putting the time into getting as good as the naturals. Experience comes with practice. Without real life constant exposure to rejection in the real world the wannabees won't get anywhere. :rock:

Or how about the KJs on this board who post girl issues without even reading the DJ bible or taking the DJ bootcamp. Again, most people are lazy, so don't have to worry about DJism going maintstream.

I had a mentor tell me recently that For every 10 approaches we do, we're likely to get 1 solid #close and for every 100 approaches we are likely to get one excellent relationship. Now tell this to a newbie getting into "the game" they will climb back into bed and tuck themselves back under their covers.

That goes to show you that it's no longer about the art of seduction, it's about getting paid:trouble: . As long as he doesn't put this board on blast, the people who learn from here should be straight.

PS: To me, this community is similar to underground hiphop. Once it switches over into the mainstream, it loses it art and becomes flooded with watered down material aimed at superficial listeners who doesn't care about or understand the art of seduction.
