Fellas! I need to share with u something. Before i was liftin the otherday i decided to use some creatine before liftin so it would get obsorbed into my blood stream however i did not have any grape juice, apple juice whatsoever. So as i gaze around the kitchen hopin to discover some extra grape juice, but none was insight. Then i came across some coca cola so i decide to mix some in there since theres no more grape juice. I mix bout 6 ounce with 1 scoop of creatine then shake em up. I swear it taste like root beer!! lol Shew a discovery. U gotta try it!! (unless coca cola mess with the creatine n can mess u up, which i hope not)

Its also pretty much considered untrue. While it might be something you read in a magazine, do a little reading on it and youll find that assuming you keep your water intake high enough caffeine and creatine is not a neutralizing combination

This post is just a feeler, if people are not using creatine properly then I'll write a post on how best to cycle it.

For Creatine Takers:

Do you take the same amount daily,

OR

Do you follow a cycling phase consisting of loading, maintaining, and abstaining?
There's absolutely no benefits for cycling. You are supposed to take like a week off after you did like 4 weeks. I see no evidence to why you'd actually need to cycle it.

Why dont you post a source on that?

I read the caffeine thing on the webpage of a german sports researcher.
