Holland, Spain and especially south coast France are great for topless women at beaches. But believe me. It's not that special. You wont be running around with a boner from it.

My thoughts exactly!

I've got a new idea though as to how exactly all this started. Maybe it's to do with climate. In warmer places (e.g. spain, south america), the "stigma" attached to nudity isn't as bad. Is this a coincidence?

I don't think so. Because it is colder in America/England, people were required to wear clothes all the time. It started off purely as a climatic thing. But as time went on, because people very very rarely get to see each other naked anymore, people started getting turned on when they see boobs and stuff.

And when people get turned on, its a bad thing (for the church, etc.), and so, nudity was banned (so to speak).

Watcha guys think?
