i work as a Bank teller , which i think is pretty good for 19, learning different transactions and accounts, and dealing with business, it should be a good stepping stone for business/economics, which im trying to pursue. There is soo much **** to know, and different scenarios, and you always have to be on the ball, becuase your dealing with peoples money, you could really **** someones life up :S. It has its ups and downs

I'm a equity trader, editor for a web page and I'm working part time on an assembly line. I'm also looking into starting a fiduciary deposit company with a friend in eastern europe. Thats going to take a lot of work. Bible_Belt, know anything about international banking laws?

I like the first two. I just need to start making some cash.

Which one? The random hook ups between me and customers at the tanning salon I work at. Or are you talking about the fvckfest between the smokin hot hollister employee's.

I enjoy both.

I LOVE my job. It's fun, and cool, and sorta glamorous. And I'm good at it, and I like it, and not many can DO it.

I'm way ahead of the pack, and I like that, too.

My job is AWESOME, to steal a word from my kids, and I like it.

And I'm happy that I DO like it.

I'm an aquatic ecologist with the federal government, and I definitely enjoy it. The hours and time off are very reasonable, and the pay and benefits are great. I'm lucky (in a sense) to have the position too, because I know there are far more people with degrees in my field than there are jobs.

I definitely don't define myself by my job though. I try to go a good job, but off hours I spend all my time being the person I really am and want to be. I fully plan on retiring in my 50s.

I sell DVDs, CDs, video/computer games and the like. Pay is alright but unfortunately I have the problem of being able to do too much work in too little time. Going into work at 6am to price stuff or do whatever the people the night before didn't do gets old though. Listening to people play Rock Band or Guitar Hero all day occasionally makes me want to stab myself in the eardrums. The discounts are good but with a college degree I know I'd rather be doing something else.

I work night audit at a posh hotel. 11pm to 7am five nights a week, no one to bother me.

I get all my paperwork done in 2-3 hours...and spend the rest of my time surfin' the net. It's fun that I actually get PAID to post on SoSuave!

My mother owns and runs a Subway restaraunt where I worked for about 4 years as a Supervisor. This was actually a very fun job for me, only guy and like 10 girls.

Currently I am working overnights(Soon to be days 6am-2pm) at a Holiday gas station. This job kinda blows because you are paid to stand there, which doesn't sound bad, but it gets very....very boring.

Anyone have tips for getting into flipping houses? Particularly in the 'tax foreclosure' sector? I guess supposedly you can find a home for like....$10,000 or less on backtaxes that someone decided not to pay the government, and all you have to do is pay it off and the house is yours.(Downfall is that a bank might take it to court to try to get their money back from you instead)

Imagine if they didn't tho..., buy it for like...$25,000, and sell it for like...$80,000, and make enough money for a person of 19 years age(myself being the ideal example) to live pretty well off for a year.

Damn, i rambled

I'm the college mascot and I get to d!ck around with people for fun.

Plus, I can be an idiot and get paid for it. Yesterday, I was getting paid to make out with my girlfriend. I love my job.

actually, if I follow my plan it will be just about the same thing as what I want to do.

I want to be a motivational speaker and that is very close to what my job is actually planned on being like.

So hopefully that is what happens.

btw since you are the authority on jobs, my dear friend. What is a real job and what is a "not a real job?"

Please instruct me if you will on what a real job is compared to what I have.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

A real job involves working. A fake job involves making out with your girlfriend in an animal costume.

(btw I'm kinda just kidding, chill dude)

I work for the FBI and kill people for a living.

Nah... i wish that was true, that would be so cool. I work as a freelance bartender and people hire me for parties. It's fun enough, but it's hard work.

I like my jobs. However, I don't like the people I work with.

People think you can't have fun at work and be productive. I compeletly disagree.

I like my job a lot. I'm a professional writer, and it can be a sh!tload of work. Sometimes I write maybe 10,000 or 15,000 words in a week and my brain will go numb, but the job has its redeeming qualities.

I work from home mostly and sleep till 11am every day. The pay is decent and I take grad student classes and teach in my spare time. I also get to know a lot of famous people and professional athletes through my work. In fact, I'm going to get the chance to game up Erin Andrews in three or four weeks here. If it goes well, I'm going post my experiences on here.

I'm not in an animal costume, but point taken.

Sorry about lashing out, but my brother's fiance says the same thing about me. She says that a real job is something that you hate to do. And I am sick of that and I really hate it when people tell me that.

Very few things can set me off, but that is one of them.
