I want your guys' opinion on these two shoes by Lacoste...

I will mostly be wearing distressed jeans, and I want some shoes that will just look good with them.

Here are the 2 shoes I can't decide on!

and

I want all-white shoes since they have such a nice and clean look and go with just about anything... My style is a bit preppy btw.

Anyone ever own either of these shoes? I'd like some suggestions, thanks!

Second once. Also second choice of gmillar. Actually I like that Nike better.

BUT...

White shoes?

It would depend on your outfit, but white shoes are for running my man. Get gray or black.

My personal choice would be black.

I already own a pair of those Nike's and I have a pair of K-Swiss Classics in black. The Nike one is too big and bulky for my taste. I do like the second choice of gmiller! and you're right ViciousDADogg, it would have to go with my outfit, and white goes with my outfit. Although I'll probably get another dark blue low cut converse canvas sneakers as well.

Oh and Luke!!, you make a lot of sense. The logo in the middle of the sneaker does look tacky.

Thanks for all the input guys! All very helpful!

IMO all of those look kinda chavvy, no offence...

not sure about prices over there but for around £60 you can pick up K-Swiss, some of which're much nicer (and more conservative)

check out the Salvatore Ferragamo website, I got some nice sneakers from them. I think they're called "surrey" - they definitely still sell them over here...

if you have a bit more cash to play around with, get some gucci sneakers with the black + white pattern - girls like them...

Which one of the Lacoste shoes do you prefer more? The first or the second?

I have been through 4 decades of so-called "fashion" - (this is part of the homo/hor Matrix!!) - you must show us your jeans to determine what is best - since your shoes are closest to your pants!! Why base your decision on one pantaloon?

Those are the nastiest, ugliest shoes I've seen this side of "Sketchers".

OP: the first shoes are classier. IMO, holes in shoes (like the lacoste logo in the 2nd pair) just make them look vltra tacky.

FWIW, this is very similar to what I rock. It suits my style. No grandpa-holes here.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

Kswiss and Timbaland is for DJs! White shoes are for highschool and college kids. If you're over 25 you need to be wearing Timbaland boots. If you're going to buy shoes go to the maker's site, it's so much cheaper and it's usually free shipping.

You might be the last one in on this, but Timbalands got played out in the late 90's, at least here in the states.

Padron Reserve maduro in hand while finishing my b

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
