Which McDonalds' meal do you like best?

My favorite one is McWrap Grilled Chilli Chicken That one is delicious :rock:

On the other hand, Big Mac seems to be overrated It is just as normal as other burgers, not to mention its' size which is too big for a normal mouth.

This is gonna be sent to AE, but can't stand McD's or other fast food anymore. Been eating it for far too long. Focusing on lean meats, veggies, whole wheats, and nuts. It's cheaper, more healthy, makes you feel better, and lasts longer. Been losing weight and getting back into shape, as well. Put on quite a few over the years, and all my pics are overweight. Definitely not sexy times, as in the past. Hate seeing that gut; some chunk on the face; etc... not how the body is meant to be.

Lunch at work is a problem though. Gotta figure something out for that. Been getting 2 cheeseburgers a day... not liking it. Doesn't even taste good once you have real food.

Bloody fvcking hell. I eat my whole meal in less than five minutes and continue with my life.

And yes, fast food is UNHEALTHY as it has lots of SATURATED FATS and HIGH in CARBOHYDRATES. Also it's high in SUGAR, which leads to DIABETES.

That little portion of Big Mac weighs around 500kcal. That's like a quarter of your daily intake.

If you really want to eat like pig. Eat fruits and vegetables ( the latter one is accented).

For the money you spend in McDonalds you can eat a fvcking KILO/pound of salad and be fed. Plus you helped your organism.


Sure thing it's not a bad thing to eat in a while. I didn't eat at McDonalds for at least 3 years. Then few days ago, I gave it a shot and regretted it.
