which bar?! more proteins or creatine?

which one would you choose for big big bulking between these two bars:

1. MASSTEK (24,5 g proteins, 21 g carbs, 8 g fats, 3 g creatine, 2 g glutamine, vitamins B6, B2, B1, B12)

2. POWERGYM (56 g proteins, 39 g carbs, 12 g fats)

the second one has got plenty more of proteins, but no creatine and glutamine


what do you think?

why so much fat, a cycling energy bar has little or not fat what so ever.

Bot protein and creatine are essential because creatine will give you more energy and premote protein synethisis and the protein is the building block of muscles. I am not sure which is more important because both are found in meat so you can get a lot of it in your normal diet. Because creatine hydrats you cells allowing the protein to creat mucles better i would be tempted to say that creatine is more important but this is only on the asumption oyu eat a lot of protein aswell like meat and stuff.
