Another thing that whey does is give me a sickly feeling, aswell as the shíts.

You have a poor quality whey if it causes you stomach distress. Change your brand and see what happens..

What you really need is to make sure your nutrition is perfect. Supplements aren't a crutch for when your nutrition is crappy; they're a supplement for when your nutrition is perfect but you need/want a bit of help to get to your goals.

13g per serving. 2.5 servings in a typical 6.5 oz can.
Yeah. I saw that after I posted........ Crazy how they come up with serving size. A can of tuna is almost nothing. It goes down real fast.. Not as fast a protein shake though.....lol And you know? It doesn't taste all that bad. I kind of like it........

I saw some aspartame free Optimum Nutrition Whey on the internet. Aspartame is an artifical sweetner, which is found in diet sodas, Red bull, and most wheys etc. My question is, does GNC sale the aspartame free ON whey in the store? I know they have ON whey at the store. Just never saw the aspartame free kind there that I saw online.

High doses of aspartame has been found to increase cancer rates on lab rats in numerous studies.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Also note that most studies that "increase cancer rates" are done with doses so high it would be impossible to reach them naturally. The best example is the study that "proved" fries were linked to cancer; they gave the rats so much of the compound found in fries that you'd have to eat hundreds of pounds every single day for years for it to have the same effect.

Like everything else, take it with a grain of salt.

Any edvidence that whey increases testosterone levels? I've not put on extra weight, but i feel much more aggressive and sex drive gone up.

Maybe it's the spring, but i doubt it.

whey is a fast acting absrobing protein,if you're taking alot of it at once,it'll use what it needs and scrap the rest.Unless you are training alot you don't need *****s of protein.Complex carbs and fiber rich foods make you the most dense and gain the most solid weight, protein plays the role of repair but the body can only do soo much with a certain ammount of protein.500 grams is a good as 200 grams if it's your requirements unless you just like taking massive turds because it feels good!

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.
