No supplement will work if your not training and dieting correctly. It's like somebody once said, "If you don't diet right all supplements will do is give you a very expensive piss."
Very True
Remember two things about creatine:
1) Drink ALOT of water. More than your used to. Aim for a gallon and a half. The only thing is that you'll be using the bathroom every 20-40mins. Which isn't a bad thing.
Drink more water, but you dont have to do the whole drink a gallon extra anymore. This used to be the case where you had to load up and do extra, but doing the gallon you do is fine. Most labels say drink adequate water. I mean if you dont, its not like you are going to have problems. But just make sure to keep the water intake in. And you will pee more if you drink that much anyway as the body can only hold so much water at a time. Only a minute effect has to do with the creatine. You will pee more, but not crazily all day long. If you do its more related to just the extra water. I do a little more, but its only part of the day.
2) Take it correctly. That means you have to load up the first week. (Take a scoop everymeal for a week) Then you only use one scoop a day.
For the regular stuff you should, but for the other forms and like what I mentioned (the controlled labs stuff) you dont need to load on it as it gets absorbed better anyway and the uptake will be there.
Forget the Bowflex, it helps for teaching you form but NOTHING compares to the advantage of free weights. Ever wonder how guys get those massive backs/arms? Free weights my friend, free weights. UNLESS there genetically gifted but you should use free weights, compound body exercises, sleep and rest.
Do what EFFORT, Quag, Stallion and (myself included) do, use the K.I.S.S.
