I'm still going to pass on aspiring to be a meat head though. Maybe Janka (or whatever his name was from New York) will eventually stop by and talk about how to pull women, and remind everyone that he's about 5'10", and MAYBE 160. Maybe it was just Pook who needed the extra weight to compensate for a lack of skills? I digress.......
I'm far from a Pook fan, i feel he gets way too long winded and don't like how he turns every article into a story... I believe others have written better articles than him on almost every subject he covers.

BUT, you're being a tad bit defensive. I don't believe he ever said you MUST gain weight to pull women. He shared his experience about how gaining weight/muscle had women approaching him and boasted his confidence!

Why would a person not want to make it easier on themselves?

I mean, if you're talking purely from a challenge standpoint - then yes, muscling up is "cheating", and dressing nice is going to make things easier for you too, so it's cheating as well. So is learning "game", so is having high social status, so is being or aspiring to be rich, etc. Those are all ways to cheat and get women easier...

Maybe we should discredit all articles on here about becoming a high status male.

Paul Janka looks like a high status male who could be a male model. He also IS TALL, and graduated from Harvard.

He could have no game at all and still accidently get more Pvssy than most.

There's plenty of good examples you could have used (Mehow being the one that sticks out to me) but Paul Janka is not a good one.

Why would a person not want to make it easier on themselves?
YES. This is what I've finally accepted, and is motivating me to get into better shape.

I mean, I can read all this inner-game stuff, cold appoach in bars/clubs, change my look, dress nice, refine social skills, etc. Its still not getting me the results I want. And is it an inner-game thing as well? Yes, I believe it is. But getting into the shape I want to be in will still yield way better results.

I've personally made great strides in gaining confidence (or as I see it, shedding insecurity), and being more social, and gaining experience . . but there's something missing still. Why don't some guys have to worry about this stuff AT ALL?

Because they've had it easy, or they've made it easier for themselves, because of what the 'matrix' deems valuable. So why not 'use' that as we use everything else?

Fvck it. Not to derail the thread, but I've been avoiding this issue for a while.

Why not make it EASY for ourselves?

About bodybuilding, what pook says is that seduction will happen naturally:you dont need to do anything, females are atracted to out bodys just as we are attracted by theirs(actually, even more.Did you ever had a girl that simply doesnt stop touching your biceps?).

He does not said that skinny guys cannot atract,to the contrary, some skinny guys express their testosterone in a diferent way,but the result is the same, attraction,is not about bodybuilding,is about the power of sexuality.

Since the book 48 laws is being brought in the topic,i think that what most of the users that criticize pook are in the end just using another law:That like golias, when you attack a great enemy, you appear as great as well.

I dont agree with everything he says, but is undeniable that he helped a lot of people.

Strike the shepard and the sheep will scatter (law 42).

The magnitude of his writing style and ideas was derived from he stood on the shoulders of giants (law 7). He began as just your average guy with some sort of mental disability and he transformed himself physically and mentally into Atlas. An admirable feat.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

One of the reasons I advocate getting in shape as a primary element of improving a Man's confidence as well as a prime attractor is because it's really the one area of our lives where we have the most direct control. Honestly, it's easier to work out, gain muscle mass and/or lose fat than it is for most guys to learn and run game effectively. Not to say that's you shouldn't learn game and overcome social awkwardness, but you are in control of your physique directly.

The laws apply to every human interaction, as every interaction is a transaction, chemical reaction, of power. There is no escape. Everyone is a player, there are only effective and ineffective players, and strategies. Different laws occur in different frequencies -- I've not exacty had to crush an enemy completely, lately -- but every law is played out in life, sometime. Most laws have reversals of when you should do the opposite or when the law doesn't even apply -- use absence to increase honor, too soon, and you will be forgotten -- and so the laws are complex and better described as majority principles than laws. Certain laws have no reversals, such as protecting your reputation or knowing who you're dealing with.

I don't care who has the most "insight". His articles were extraordinary because of their writing!
This board is full of people who seemingly "get it". But all their articles are misunderstood - the beginning AFC cannot comprehend! People get it wrong all the time. Pook managed to bridge that gap, and for this I still applaud him.

For the first time since puberty, everything suddenly made sense.
