For those who drink protien shakes, where do you get them from? A local grocery store or one of those GNC type places?

cheapest supplements around.
Guess you're finally changing up. Not 100% of GNC's product are bad, albeit I am willing to bet 60% of their stuff sucks.

That's all I'll say. I get vitamins and such from GNC.

There is no need to be harsh, you were once new you emo kid.

Ah he's banned now. How sweet it is. Yeah GNC stuff sucks for the same reason Muscletech products suck. Over-marketed and over-priced.

For vitamins may I suggest a liquid vitamin? With pills you aren't getting the full nutritional breakdown that it says you are. It isn't their fault but when your body breaksdown the capsules, you lose some of the vitamin content. With liquid it goes straight into your bloodstream. I can honestly say that I notice a difference. They are pretty expensive but I have expensive taste :). Go on maxmuscle.com and lookup "VIT-ACELL" It's $38.50 for a month supply. It's good stuff though... pour it into a shot glass and shoot it. Take one every morning when you wake up and you'll notice a difference in energy and mood in the first month.

The search only pulled up an Ebay link for that vita-cell stuff. Anyway I have never been to a GNC store, which is why I asked if they sell them there. I just want to get some protien shakes so I can bulk up, I have a high metabolism and I think the protien shakes will help when combined with my bulk-up food.

Seraph, just buy some decent protein powder (eg Biotest Low-Carb Grow!) and mix it with some cottage cheese, peanut butter etc... That'll help pile on the pounds.

I can't really help you with where to buy it since I'm at the UK. Sorry man.

DPS is by far the cheapest. 3 or 4 days delivery. When you start to get low, just re-order. Shipping? $4 or $5. It's still cheaper.

GNC's mark up is huge. Go in there and price a few items. Then check out the mail order stuff. Check several sights. You will be surpised.
