Hey all, first post. A little bit of background on: I'm in medical school and honestly to get to this point all of what I focused on were my studies and my future success. Because of this, I am ashamed to admit that I do not have that much experience with woman (besides one LTR I had in college for 2 years, another for 6 months afterwards and making out with randoms when occasionally going out to parties/concerts).

Please guide me. One day I do want to have a family and settle down with the right woman, but as of right now I'm determined to go on a banging spree to get it out of my system and push myself out of my comfort zone.

Where do I begin? The book of Pook? Guides on kino/cold approaching?

Also any quick tips would be nice. I'm a very determined person and I have my mind set on this right now. I'm prepared to face anxiety, discomfort, and develop a new side of me...and would love some guidance. Thanks.

Read the DJ bible. And post questions here...anything at all. Stick around, there's lots of great guys here. They won't steer you wrong. Welcome to SS.

Your first step should be to read the DJ BIBLE and then if you find some difficulty you can clear your queries here. All the best for your journey.

Begin by approaching women gaining confidence with experience. Reading can only do so much.

Boot Camp!

BOOT CAMP!!

BOOT CAMP!!!

http://www.djbible.classicalgasemissions.com/djbc.pdf

Seriously, down at the bottom of the page, in the left corner, the first link is "DJ Bible". Click on that, which will take you to the launch-page. Read, and read, and read... while doing the boot camp. Journal/Field Report your evolution: you'll be glad you did. Journaling/Field Reporting really helps you see your wins/fails, and keeps you on track, too. When you read back over it in the future, you'll be double-glad you took the time to type it out.

Oh, and, take the red-pill. Get ready, "It means Kansas is going bye-bye."

Thanks guys for the warm welcome, seems like it is unanimous I start with the DJ bible. I'll aim to read about 30-45min of it a day. I'm ready to take the red pill I'm sure it will change me but I've prepared for that. My only question this far is when should I start to take what I've learned from the DJ bible out into the real world? Would you recommend me start applying the principles and lessons at a certain chapter?

I'd like to start making field reports but I thought it should wait until I've gained some information on the subject first. What do you think?

Honestly, if you want a relationship/family than I would stay far away from any male dominated site on the Internet.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
join the club man, after high school when I realized I wanted to be a doctor I focused on my GPA and other essentials more than anything. I started to see how easily social skills are lost when you're studying for 6-10 hours a day. Good news is, I found a balance, so im sure you can to.

Today. You will soon learn that
rejection is better than regret
and that
words are the realm of women, action is the realm of men.
Chat up the next chick you see, whether you want to do her or not. Get moving.

I am going to follow the DJ boot camp that Vulpine sent a link to for 8 weeks...I'm pretty excited to start. I'm a scientist at heart so just thinking of it as an experiment like he explained makes me eager to begin tomorrow. I'll be making a separate thread to track my journey and report on it every week (hope this alright according to forum rules).

thanks for the support guys.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Any quick tips for balancing? Its nice to see someone who was in a similar situation and see that you are now successful in your practice. I'm sure I will find it as well. We sure chose a difficult profession to go after but I think if I can become a DJ and a doctor my life will be complete. Actually, if I unlock a DJ mentality I believe my life will be complete in general, according to what I read so far.

scheduling, in the beginning it will be hard to do this. You will start reading the DJB and not want to stop, that leads to an overflow of information that your mind cannot process. Well, it can process that information but you WILL overthink everything. Think of it as a knowledge overload phase. Eventually, iy will all become second nature and a part of you. Then you don't think about this DJ stuff anymore. It is a lot of learn and let live type of stuff here.

I manage everything in my head, I hate planners, they never worked for me.

I try to keep a balance between school and going out (though I actually had trouble this semester with that) but what you should do is schedule pleasurable events (like they do for depressed patients). Treat yourself to a social outing every friday/saturday when you can so that you do not go insane by yourself.

Other than that, do not let the DJ crap stray you from your medical studies. Those are far more important than any girl. That is the first lesson.
