Hi All,

Newb here.

Met a girl downtown in a bar a few weeks ago, got her number and took her out for a date. Pleasant girl. Pays her way. Kissed.

Took her out for a second date and had sex at her place in the night and following morning.

She added me on fb. I added for curiosity. We text every day.

Met her again on a third date. Went well again. Plenty of kissing, holding hands. Push pull on part, dropped her home and she told me she would cook for me next time.

Texted her a few days later and she's gone completely cold on me. Deleted me off fb and hasn't responded to my date request. It's Been a few days now.

Bizarre! Of course I haven't gone all stalker on her and will let her be. I haven't sent her anything since date request. Just strange really. Anyone experienced this?

You filled a void while she was waiting for the guy she really wanted to be with came around...

Or she went back to her ex.

You just weren't her first choice. It happens, you got the bang in and now you just have to move on.

Texting every day in the first few weeks is too much, too early, and too soon. First 3-4 weeks texting, if not more, should only be to set and confirm dates.

....Just another emotional woman. Since she went cold so quickly, I would bet that there is another guy in the picture that is likely an ex who she values more than you.

If she didn't have someone else lined up she would not have shut this down so quickly. Also, if you gave her too much attention this deal would have burned out slowly. Not ended all of the sudden.

Monitor her social media in the coming weeks....you will likely find the answer.

Took her to a few bars and stayed over at hers. She told me she been single for a year. I'm not one for texting really but message once or twice a day. Banter mainly. Think me texting her a week after the last date might of plssed her off, or as others said, another geezer in the picture. She could of told me no When asking her out again. F it her loss I guess.

Third date and no sex means low interest. Yet OP is pretending 3 dates with no sex proved she liked him?

OP was curious to see what a moron he was? Yes, I have experience with morons. I've told members for years not to EVER become a woman's FB friend. She does NOT need to see that you liked a photo of Auntie Cassie who had foot surgery last Thursday. We can assume by "text" OP meant "FB text" (the most boring form of communication on Earth IMO).

Mods, why do we allow new members to post threads instead of having an incubation period where they have to earn 5-10 likes by replying?

Half the threads nowadays are from people who joined this week.

I Text by phone.

I'm barely on Fb and hardly post or like anything.

They had sex, or did you not read his post?

Anyways talking to the OP now. Those could all be possibilities. There could always be someone else in the picture etc etc. But one thing that amazes me is that people always think of the worst but no one ever sits back and thinks, hmm maybe it's my fault. I know I've gone on dates with women maybe three of four and had sex with them. But something just doesn't click after a while and I go completely cold on them. They don't interest me. It's not that I had this planned all along. Not everyone is going to like you, a few dates don't mean ****

I stand corrected on OP scoring.

Famous on FB? For liking Susan G. Komen races? This isn't 2009. Most girls aren't even on FB. Try getting their cell phone numbers instead for the next 8 years.

FB is for platonic high school friends if you were born between 1965-1990.

I actually liked this thread. It was a rare thread that actually talked about a real-life interaction between a man and woman.

As opposed to some theories about cavemen, MGTOW, or how to be a pump from the hood.

But it also reinforces my belief that "dating" is stupid because look how flaky, fake, and temporary it is.

Do you guys think I WANT to be paying girls? I just don't see that there's any way for me to get that caliber of girl any other way.

If I'm 47 and she's 22, and I'm a 6 and she's a 9, isn't that worth paying extra for?

What if we convert based on our hourly rate?

I make $85 per hour, so I can work 3 hours and take a girl on a $255 date. Someone else makes $8.50 an hour and works 10 hours to take a girl on an $85 date, and calls my girl a hooker because I put the difference toward a hotel (instead of taking her to my mom's basement). Hmm.... Get a better job.

Software Engineering, namely C++, OpenGL and C#. And some WebGL. AND I was able to work 2-3 jobs at once, billing out 3600 hours last year (50 x 72 hours per week x $85 per hour is about $300,000). Get paid 1099 C2C Work from home and you can take multiple jobs. I actually had my two happiest bosses overlapping.

So yes, I pay for the hotel.

I think you must be delusional...

Java stagnated and has done little since C# came out while C# basically created something very close to Java and improved it, improved it and improved it some more continuously for the last 15+ years. What has Java done other than sit on their ass during that time while their marketshare has plummeted? There is virtually nothing you can do in Java that can't be done in C# but a huge long list of things you can do in C# that you can't do in Java. OK, so Enums in Java are much better than C#, whoopty doo...that's about it. What's Java's answer to LINQ? There is no answer.

And that's just talking languages themselves, let's not even get started taking .NET Framework versus...uh....uh... oh that's right, nothing.

Oh I know...let's see:

But...but Java is CrossPlatform!!

Yeah so is C# using Mono or Xamarin.

But...but...Java is used for Android programming!

Yeah so is C# using Xamarin or a multitude of other cross platform libraries that transpile it into Java. Not to mention games created in Unity programmed in C# and able to be deployed on 21 platforms, including mobile.

But...but....Java is the industry leader!!

Not for long...marketshare has been plummeting. There will always be legacy programs built in Java because it was there first. Being first does not equal being best. I know very few people who have used both that would say they would rather program in Java.

Yeah What C# can do Java will do and better. Cross platform using Mono or Xamarin? Hell, in Java you DONT have to use EXTERNAL libraries. Its all there, waiting.

Anytime you get ghosted quickly after sex early on the the reason is irrelevant. Be glad she confirmed early on that she's low quality trash and just move on.

"I'll cook for you next time." lol yeah I've heard that one too after sex. These types just spit out whatever they are feeling in the moment but it means nothing. Detaching that quickly and effortlessly after sex means you're dealing with a mega hoe who does this all the time.
