When Should I Text Her?

Right.. Straight to the point to save all the jibber jabber ..

I have recently met this girl and we seem to be texting each other quite allot recently, (I know that can be a bad thing) however when I mean "we" I actually mean her, shes been texting me pretty much every other day, and she always texts me first, I of course text her back but before i can break it off she breaks it off instead.

I want to text her by surprise.. when she doesnt expect it, but how the heck can i do that when she beats me to it? should I just let her text me all the time or should I just text her? or perhaps ignore her for one day then text her tomorow?

I obviously don't want to seem clingy cos thats a really bad thing. Any ideas on this texting scenario?

3) try 3 AM, she WILL get caught by surprise then

Agreed to all your points except 3), there's a pretty big chance that you could look like a creep and/or wake her up.

LewisDJ I can only hope you start showing more interest in her as a woman rather than keep texting till you fall to the friendzone, and that means taking her out to spend time with her. You have the momentum as she is showing interest and you need to seize it before its too late!

Don't text her. Call her. Texting for conversation is insecure and beta, and should only be used for really quick, convenience type things.

I realize all this 'DJ advice' about not texting and you guys have a point. However in the real world most guys I know texted their girl a lot before they got together. If texting is 'insecure and beta' then why is it getting all my mates and myself girls?

The problem is if you don't esculate, or don't see her in person (or make an effort to), or even worse you see her and don't do anything.

Well we have only been texting each other for about almost Two Weeks now, and I am most certainly not gonna screw this up, I'm confident enough to ring her up tonight and just talk the talk, keeping in mind, not to make the conversation long, and not to talk about anything bad, and when the conversation gets interesting, *ive simply got to go*

Quick note, I think she does know that i am slightly interested in her (but still remain mysterious), and I know shes interested in me.

This will all go well my friends...
