I've had the same line fed to me a couple times before which did lead to "I love you" which, led me running for the hills!

That means a woman is REALLY into you with one CAVEAT - at THAT MOMENT in time. Women's fookin feeling comes and goes, the more unstable the woman is in emotional maturity, the more likely she can spout off something so intricate and then later act like it never was said. So take advantage of THAT MOMENT when she says it and up the kino. Perhaps it will stick in the long run - there is no guarantee when it comes to women and feelings.
