I've had the same line fed to me a couple times before which did lead to "I love you" which, led me running for the hills!

That means a woman is REALLY into you with one CAVEAT - at THAT MOMENT in time. Women's fookin feeling comes and goes, the more unstable the woman is in emotional maturity, the more likely she can spout off something so intricate and then later act like it never was said.
