When do you know if you are just "settling" for the best. Say you think a girl is a 6.5 or 7. If you bone her are you doing yourself a disservice? I am at the point where I can sleep with 7's, but they're not as fulfilling as 8s and 9s.

This is kinda going into the foundations of game here.
You don't want to commit to a girl that doesnt totally do it for you. Just commit enough to keep her around.
You must keep hanging with other female friends and since you are not committed you don't have to lie about having a girlfriend. Yet you are still in a good place to meet other girls.
If something better comes along upgrade.
If nothing better comes along keep bangin the 7. Maybe she will see you are not committed, have game and will increase her value to you by doing cool stuff.
Let me tell you a 7 with absolutely no sexual inhibitions with a nice rack or booty is a keeper in my book!

I am never satisfied with a 6-7. I will always think I can do better. Funny thing is after I break it off if I don't already have something better lined up I go through a phase of doubting if I actually can get better.
