Getting all the rage in me, out always helps. Perhaps organising a cage fight, or working the punch bag, or just hammering the weights.

I enjoy hitting the bag, good stress reducer, mind focusing.
Driving on the mountain roads, best done at night however.
And exploring local mountain trails work best.
Meditation helps, but can be difficult when you have a lot of stuff on your mind.

walking - warm weather is better
playing a game or two - Age of Empires 2 is always fun or Mario Kart

Doing an hour of cardio- helps regulate the cortisol levels and makes me too tired to stress over anything.

Videogames- the best escapism on the planet.

Long walks during the summer- the fresh air is awesome at times in Michigan. At least when we don't have a random heat wave all too common of Michigan with its random weather anyway.

I paint, draw, play guitar, sculpt, I get paid to be creative for the most part as it is, but these are passions and I don't really consider them therapy in terms of them being activities I need in order to relax. I want to say lifting too, but I'm only really relaxed afterwards and I think aggression is really a prerequisite for a good workout anyway.

The only thing I do regularly that qualifies as "therapy" is fishing, preferably with a light beer in the other hand.

Yeah mj used to be my escape until it turned into a dungeon of no motivation and stayin in by myself.

I have found that I enjoy all the same things when I am not high, but there is something about weed that makes mundane things more enjoyable.

My escapes are:
music, playing and listening(sublime and CCR are my faves)
fishing(just getting used to the salt water game, caught my first fish in florida over the weekend from shore)
weightlifting(before I hurt my shoulder earlier this year)
boxing (punching bags don't hit back)
soft martial arts like tai chi and yoga
going to the beach(moved to florida)
playing with my min pin
running
offroad biking
talking with old friends on the phone
playing my djembe (african drum)
watching UFCs, esp. in person

I can't fault anyone for enjoying that.

For me lately, it has been mixed martial arts. If you think you would kick some ass in a fight, like most guys do, go and find your local mma dojo and wrestle with a few dozen guys who all beat the hell out of you with about as much effort as Neo puts into fighting agents in the Matrix sequels. Then start to learn that fighting is an art, and learn that art for yourself. Then when you stumble across someone who gets in your face and wants to fight, you can laugh them off and take the fight out of them with your complete lack of fear. All of this has happened to me in the last month.

- Lift heavy weights.
- Be an total assh*le.
- Contact sports, F*ck sh*t up!

I don't like people who drink and do drugs to have "fun." Seriously alcohol taste like sh*t if it ain't high quality or mixed.
