I know. I want to marry her. She was a Virgin when I met her. Popped her. Did all the sins under the sun lol. Tbh I just can't pray when I know I'm ignoring all other parts of my religion. At least for a month I can.

That and also my dependance on the girl. Need to rectify it and rebuild. I mean you can see the repricussions the nc is having after 7 days. I knew it would come but I want to deal with it. Master it if anything.

Each paragraph you posted is a different reason for your no contact. Maybe you are less into the religious part (as stated in your first post), and more into using your religion as a reason to just see if you can stay away from the girl.

Maybe it's a game you're playing with her or yourself. This is a forum not a church. So I supply maybes not absolutes.

Seems weird that her "being much more religious than you" , isn't forcing NC on you.

You are right. It is less to do with the religion more to do with gaming and self rectification. I see it and I made myself believe otherwise.

Does it not seem strange that religions want you to act like it was back in the days when the most exciting thing that was going on chasing down that runaway camel? I mean think about it. There was nothing to do and nowhere to go. Of course they had all day to pray.

So the way we do everything in life changes other than the way we pray? That doesn't seem to make sense.

Well, in my world I reflect on choices which are the best for me. If I like a woman but feel a little dependency creeping up, I readjust my thinking accordingly.

The problem with using your religion as an excuse to protect your self confidence is that after 30 days you have 11 months to use that excuse again. It also doesn't help you to fix the real problem, which is your own frame in relationships.

I can only answer for me saying that when I need to adjust my frame, I take a couple days to make sure all of my goals are being met, and that no one is stopping me from meeting them.

Women are great for my free time, but my goals (physically, mentally, and financially) come first. As long as they're being met....bring on the women!

If your friends really bought into your religious excuse, you may need to meet new friends, or be destined to be a big fish in a little pond for a long time.
