I tried "what's your number?" on this bartender today. Apparently it worked! She hesitated for two seconds (probably got shocked by my directness), then said "I'll write it down for you." There is this old guy sitting right by me, trying to give us a hard time, "what? I've been trying to get your number for a while…." God, this old guy is annoying...
