whats wrong with doing the same exercise everytime? Why do you need to do different variety of exercises?

Well, it leads to overtraining. this spells : YOU WONT GROW! so if your like mostly every id1ot at the gym doing chest/arms every day...you aint ganna grow much..!

I think he meant changing an exercise for a body part. If that was your question, you need to change cause your body get used to a certain movement & that causes you to stop growing & gaining strenght.

Kinda sorta, i guess. There are some muscles that you cant isolate "different parts", like back or chest. Incline bench hits the upper chest, but is still working the entire chest. If your talking about muscles that have heads then its possible to a degree. Just depends on what muscle and what kind of movement.
