whats wrong with doing the same exercise everytime? Why do you need to do different variety of exercises?

Kinda sorta, i guess. There are some muscles that you cant isolate "different parts", like back or chest. Incline bench hits the upper chest, but is still working the entire chest. If your talking about muscles that have heads then its possible to a degree. Just depends on what muscle and what kind of movement.Originally posted by De La Soul:
