What's up with women that flip flop on how they treat you?

So what's up with women that treat you poorly one minute then treat you good the next. Here's an example. There's one girl I work with that's pretty much a ***** to me (making jokes at my expense, trying to get power over me) but she'll usually all of a sudden start treating me well (complimenting me, defending me, helping me out). The other day she starts out being *****y and ****y, and maybe a half hour later she's defending me and starts rubbing up against me (she was pushing up against me with her body). It's all pretty random and I'm not sure what the **** she's doing (maybe she's just crazy, lol). Thanks for any insight guys (since I've ran into other girls that act the same).

I don't think this is anything PUA related. Some woman are really great manipulators. Did she happen to ask you for a favor nearly after her change in attitude or do you feel one coming on later? I used to know a girl who was a complete *****, and of course just acted nice to everyone when she wanted something. Because she has such a tough exterior, whenever she happened to actually be nice you actually kind of feel special in a way (they understand this and use this to their advantage). This girl sounds like a nutcase. I would keep your relationship with her completely professional and not give her any more thought than she needs.

I'm not sure what's up with her. I've encountered this with a few girls over the years. This current one just acts really ****y around me, and I'm not sure what instigated this behavior (I do act ****y, but that's just my personality). Was just seeing if anyone else has encountered this, but since not I'll just chock it up to crazy.

EDIT: I forgot to say she wasn't looking for me to do her a favor, I don't like she's ever asked me for a favor before. She was helping me out and being strangely nice to me (which is quite different from her usual *****y, ****y behavior).

errr, what's with the "fvcking clown" comment? I'm not acting like a clown. And I'm not even pursuing this chick. I have pursued girls that acted like this in the past however, and it confused me back then just like it confuses me now. Only reason I even made a thread about it was it's strange for someone to behave so inconsistantly, and frankly it's getting annoying.
