I literally asked my doctor's opinion on masturbation. His response is that "I would be more concerned if you don't masturbate."

Masturbation doesn't lead to ED; masturbation with porn (especially internet porn) does.

Real sex is the healthiest, but if that's not an option, you should masturbate. It's GOOD for your health indeed. It should be "No Porn Challenge".

I'm no expert, but I am inclined to agree.
After all masturbation does exist in the animal kingdom - it is just porn that is unnatural.

Though it would not make sense to jerk yourself silly just before going on a date - that would make you lose libido and she would pick up on this I think.

I don't get it. I just think it's something to occupy a person's mind and makes them think they're doing something worthwhile when any positive effects are negligible(from my experience of not bashing the bishop) and it's will power which could be better spent elsewhere.

Guys would be better off doing an approach challenge or a 'read a book' challenge.

I did the no fap and to tell you the truth I didn't notice much of a difference. I lasted for 3 weeks. Maybe my erections were mildly better. Women looked at me more, but that could of been due to my confidence

Man that website font is to small to read, they need to make it larger or make the background a different color. It looked like a bunch of Ants.

The thing is porn and masturbation go hand in hand. Nofap is the most effective method at quitting the habit of porn. When you go through this 90 day period, you are fully cleansing your mind of any sexual needs. I tried quitting porn completely while i was masturbating, but i just couldnt last more than a few days or weeks, but once I also stopped masturbating, I was able to stop the need for porn. Its been 4 months since i completed the 90 day nofap challenge, and now i masturbate again, but i no longer have the need to masturbate like I used to, I just do it because its relaxing, and this means i do every other week or so. But the important thing is that i no longer watch porn.

The benefits?
Better focus, more goal oriented, less mental fog, more energy, more attracted to women, better sexual performance, among others.

lol, was that deliberate?

I agree that No Porn means No Fap. For one thing, I can't fap without porn!

Lol right. If you're using google chrome you can zoom by holding down control and the scroll wheel on your mouse.

you are fully cleansing your mind of any sexual needs.
That doesn't sound like a good thing. If I had no sexual needs in my mind I'd be asexual. In all honesty though I don't really have a problem with nofap. I can't relate to guys who are addicted to porn so I wouldn't know what kind of benefit they get from it.

A golden example on why no fap is nonsense and moderate porn use is fine

Do you not think that watching porn is a waste of time? I mean you're basically watching a guy **** a prostitute. Can you honestly say that there aren't any more useful things you could be spending your time on? Maybe trying to learn the way of getting yourself a gorgeous girl?

Even if porn was proven to not have any adverse effects on your mental health, I still think its a very inefficient way of spending time and energy. Thats 1-2 hours per session gone down the drain.

If a person were to give up 2 porn sessions, thats an extra 2-4 hours at least. He could very well spend those hours out on the field opening girls, learning what works for him and what he needs to work on, improving his opening and conversations skills, and heck, maybe getting real sex, which is way better than porn. Not to say that he's improving himself as a person in the process. Seems like a great trade-off for me.

1 to 2 hours? LOL

Can't see anything wrong with watching a guy **** a prostitute lol. It's not like I'd be out cutting important business deals if I wasn't in holding my meat, so no, it's not a waste of time.

It's pretty easy to know when you've done it too much because you get a sore penis. That's the only side effect and it's easy to ignore.

I personally dont watch porn but I'm not gonna knock the dudes that do. There's a billion things we could argue about and consider it a waste of time. Hell we could be doing more productive things than browsing this forum. It doesn't take that long to fap, get off, and move on with life. Not every man is an addict who spends half of his day jacking off to porn.

That depends on your goals. If you want to improve your dating life then its useful to be on this forum. Im yet to see how porn can possibly help your goals in any way. A life without goals is a life of waste.

You are right, it doesnt take very long to fap. what consumes most of your time is browsing porn websites until you find the movie to jerk it to. I agree that not everyone is a porn addict, but we are talking about the no fap challenge, which is used to fight porn addiction. So im obviously not reffering to people that dont have a bad porn habit.

You don't need 1000 posts on this site to succeed with women. Interacting with them is the best way to do that. This place is quite helpful but its also entertainment. I've never understood this waste of time mindset. Do you honestly spend every second of your life in pursuit of your goals with no downtime? If I'm doing something that I enjoy, even if it's something as trivial as watching tv, playing video games, or fapping then it's not a waste of my time.

My bad, I should have specified that I was talking about non addicts in my original post. Some nofappers like to evangelize as if every man who doesn't live life as they do is a barbarian who is a slave to his urges. I have no problem with nofap otherwise.
