What's up with this chick? (Flake meter is reading high)

So I've got this cute girl from online, she gives me her number, tells her to call her anytime (without me asking for her number). So, I take her up on the offer and call her a few days later and leave a VM. Well, like 5 days go by and she still didn't call me back, then she messages me...so I'm like, wtf, why didn't you call back? she claims she didn't get my message (which sounds like bull**** to me). I give her the benefit of the doubt and call again, and again leave a VM. Still no repsonse. Am I right to think here that this girl is probably a pathological liar/nutcase or is it just me? I spaced out my two calls like a week from another, so it's not like I'm acting like a needy *****, plus I don't talk to her online often to not be accessible.

I would just give up on this one, dosent seem like its worth the effort, if you try and call her 2 times, and she still dont return your call, she may be just playing you

Women typically don't call you back when you first start out - so no surprise there. Just don't put as much effort into it - she may pick up the hint.

out of curiousity, why shouldn't you leave VM? I used to not leave it, and would just call at an interval until I reached them...but one gir's psycho ***** mother actually got pissed off that I kept calling (a whopping 3x) and not leaving a message, so she said to stop calling and hanging up and that her daughter isn't interested (ouch!). Needless to say, I learned my lesson after that one.

if a girl gave me her number and i did call and i got VM (yuck, soo old fashioned i should shoot myself), i'd leave a message and leave it as that. never to mention it to her again tilll....

she menstions it "hey i gave u my number, how come u didn't call"
me "check your VM beatch".
if she never mentions it, well then, it obvious her interest level isn't up to par, so it either u increase you attaction level, or run.

what you have done, is needy and AFC.

I don't see how what I've done is needy and AFC, spacing out two calls over 1 week is not AFC...and it's called giving people the benefit of the doubt. I lost nothing by giving her a second call, if anything, I gained something by knowing she's a flakey ***** and that she's probably some attention *****. Considering that I've never IMd her first EVER, I'd say it wasn't totally unreasonable to think that she was interested. I just work with what's given to me.

Its not that you shouldn't..

VM is just like txt.. they can save it, play it to their friends, take it out of context.. etc

unless you have like a script ready when you get a VM message.. It's possible that you would get caught off guard and say something stupid(read:AFC)... just my 2cents

1st. You're online. Dude earlier who said get out in the real world wasn't kidding. Online is for practice and because you're bored, and it's mid-week and a game isn't on, or something..

2nd. She won't call you. Many reasons for that.
And (3rd) she'll cover herself and say "I didn't get it". Standard.

Congenital liar? No more than the rest of us.

Who knows, though? She may be, but not based on any evidence you've showed here.
