I know nuts are high in protein and have essential fatty oils, but they have so much fat.
Are the benefits of nuts like peanuts and almonds worth adding to my diet while i'm cutting?

on a normal diet, staying under 100 grams fat is fine.

Monounsaturated fat is only converted into tissue fat if u have it in excess. Fat is an excellent source of energy, as is carbs. Carbs you can take in a lot more of, and is the reason most people become fat.

Nuts give alot more than just protien and essential fats. They are some of the most nutrient rich foods you can eat.

Yes they are worth eating, also what hasnt already been mentioned is that fat will make you feel more "full". Of course, keep them within your caloric goals and youll do fine.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

Do you mean a normal diet as in a bulking diet? If so I totally agree with you.

If he want

Ive made the experience that if u wanna cut the best thing to do is to avoid fat like the plague. I used to take in about 2500-3000 calories when I cut down with fat at about 30g per day. When I tried to cut down with the same amount of calories but wasnt strict about the fat part I hardly would get any results if I did get any at all.

madgame, dietary fat is not the reason most people get fat. Similarily, dietary cholesterol does not actually increase cholesterol.

I didnt say that. I kinda agree with you that the main reason a lot of people get fat is that they eat too many bad carbs (I guess u said that earlier). Fat is another reason though. The less fat you eat the faster youll be able to decrease your bf.

Don't cut off your nuts...

Other than that, nuts keep your metabolism high which means you burn more calories/hour. So keep em to prime your metabolism, but don't gorge on them.

False
I know counting calories is the most important part when it comes to decreasing your bodyfat. You need a calorie deficit. (If you eat too much fat, you risk not to have a calorie deficit, cause one gram of fat has like 9kcal whereabout a gram of protein/carbs has way less.) Is that your point?

I have to say I made the experience that if I ate lets say 2500 calories a day and ate little fat I`d lose weight faster than when I ate the same amount of calories, but more fat. Thats basically what I was trying to say.

Not always true. The ratio of macronutrients are more important that counting calories.

They are both of equal importance. If you take in too many calories you won't lose weight. If you get your macronutrient ratios screwed up you can lose too much muscle.

Im sorry, but Im not quite sure what exactly a macronutrient ratio is. Do you mean the percentage of carbohydrates/protein/fat your nutrition consists of? That'd be correct I guess.(Maybe I should of added that you should also eat enough protein while you`re on a diet, in order not to lose muscle)

I just said counting calories was the most important part cause -k2 said I was wrong when I said the less fat u eat the faster ull be able to decrease your bf, which made me think he thought I said it was all about the fat u eat and not about the calories. If your diet is supposed to be working(in other words if u wanna lose fat and not muscle tissue) you need a calorie deficit, little fat, high/enough protein. Correct me if Im wrong.

You are correct on both.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.
