Does anyone have any workout routines that produce the fastest and best looking results? I've tried a few, but I am having trouble here.

presumably you mean a combination of significant chest muscle & fairly low bodyfat?

If there was one magic workout that made you 'chizled' and look amazing with quick and guaranteed results, don't you think it would have made the cover of Time by now?

aside from your other muscle workouts( you DO work out more than just your chest right?!) this is what your chest day should look like

4 sets bench press 6-12 reps
3 sets incline bench 6-12 reps
3 sets decline bench 6-12 reps
2 sets dips(weirted if you can)
3 sets of some sort of pec fly

No they'd probably ignore it so that corporations could continue selling us junk we wouldn't need if the news were true.

Like hydrogen peroxide for $1 instead of tiny bottles of acne creme for $6.

That's too much volume for average guys to handle. You don't need 5 exercises and 15 sets. :) 2 exercises would do, with 2-3 sets of each.

I Want To Be a Playa: you've gotta be talking about a big chest + low bodyfat. What's the quickest way to achieve that? Build muscle in the chest (and everywhere else) and reach a low bf%.. ;)

Yeah, well I do this for a chest workout.

Flat Bench

1st set 8 reps lowest weight...around 110 lbs
2nd set 6 reps a little more wieght...maybe 120 lbs
3rd set 4 reps a little more weight..maybe 130 lbs..just add a lil more each set
4th set 3 reps
5th set 2 reps
6th set 1 rep
then a take about 20 lbs off the max and bench it for at least 4 reps..i try to go to 7 though

Then, I do incline barbell presses..35 lbs...2 sets...6-8 reps..and that's it for my chest workout. It's a pretty good work out to be honest, and I have saw some results.
