Does anyone have any workout routines that produce the fastest and best looking results? I've tried a few, but I am having trouble here.

That's too much volume for average guys to handle. You don't need 5 exercises and 15 sets. 2 exercises would do, with 2-3 sets of each.aside from your other muscle workouts( you DO work out more than just your chest right?!) this is what your chest day should look like
4 sets bench press 6-12 reps
3 sets incline bench 6-12 reps
3 sets decline bench 6-12 reps
2 sets dips(weirted if you can)
3 sets of some sort of pec fly
