What's considered a "player"?

So I had dinner w/my friends the other day. I just moved to Seattle, I used to come from a small town, I haven't really dated since I moved here, but i used to date a lot of girls in my old town, I'd never chase any girls (too busy with other things back then). They would chase me, and ask me out. So i dated them, but only for about a month... then i'd loose interest and move on. I didn't use them for sex in any way, they just couldn't keep me interested.

After telling my friends this, they got mad and said "i was playing with girls hearts and only players do that."

I don't consider it playing a girl if didn't **** and chuck.

A player, to me, is anyone who has CHOICE with women...whether that be the choice of a LTR or the choice of a new chick each night.
