Option A is like doing a drug. It's a "high", a chemical release. After sleeping with the 20th HB you will get bored and look for something else to make you happy.

I'm just interested because I asked myself today why we do the things we do.

what motivates us in the first place to become rich and successful?

As stupid as it sounds I personally believe we do all the hard work to impress and attract hot chicks.
