What would you consider you biggest help in picking up women?

Inspiration and motivation are key in my experience/opinion. After suffering rejection and heartache, finally becoming motivated enough to improve one's self is undoubtedly instrumental in your improved ability to attract a member of the opposite sex. Inspired by your progress, you continue to improve to leave your former self as far behind as possible. Retaining a small part of him so as never to lose the motivation to continually improve.

The constant fear that one day, a day sooner than it seems right now, I'll be middle-aged and the kinds of women I see everywhere today will be mostly inaccessible to me. The trick is, rather than let that fear get you down, you channel it to feed your approaches. NOT desperation, just the uncontainable, irrepressible joy to be here and now, young and happy and attractive and talking to this pretty young thing
