Im using Colgate (red box) for 3 weeks and i dont feel its any more white. What should I look for in shop? PS worldwide/european marks please
I was just going t post the same. A girlfriend of mine mentioned that she got a waterpik was was going to mix this solution to help with her gingivitus and as a side affect it also brightened teeth. I have been swishing with it for a few months now and my teeth are absolutely brighter.Don't waste your money. Buy Hydrogen Peroxide 3% solution. Costs about a dollar. Mix one part HP and one part water in a small Dixie cup. Rinse in your mouth a minute. Do this once or twice a day when you brush. Do not swallow of course. This gets to all your teeth and is the same active ingredient used in all whitening products.

Does this really work? No damage? Where do I get activated charcoalActivated charcoal the one made from tree branches. Grind it mix it 80/20 with toothpaste and brush like normal.
Thank me later
I did it plenty of times enamel is still in tact and the whitening is superb. As far as where to get it Idk I got mine over seas.Does this really work? No damage? Where do I get activated charcoal
From?
Agree with this, I've done the same thing. Don't buy a lot of cheap crap toothpastes because they are still abrasive to your enamel. If you use something with peroxide in it, you'll slowly see results after a couple of months of regular use. I typically rotate a peroxide toothpaste with something else that's just a general paste so as not to cause too much enamel damage. I used to have pretty sensitive teeth when i was younger but not so much anymore.Don't waste your money. Buy Hydrogen Peroxide 3% solution. Costs about a dollar.
