What was the biggest unintentional mistake you made while meeting a chick?

My biggest unintentional mistake was with a gorgeous little cutie I'd met a few years back who was out with a bunch of her friends in a lounge in NYC. I started talking to them and was talking for a while with the best looking one, joking, touching, etc. when her sister came up to try and break my balls and I told her out loud: "Who are you her mother?"

Both looked at me and the hot one started crying and the sister got upset. (Their mom had passed away a few months previously). I apologized as I didn't know, but kind of felt like crap. Kept talking a bit and didn't pursue her after that but wound up eventually going to another place with friends.

That really sucks Ninja! That's some harsh stuff. Sometimes situations are just out of our control lol!!

My biggest mistake was not getting this fine honey's number at Footlocker. Girls what work at htose sho stores are always pretty fit. I sensed she might have some interest, because when I walked in she was working the register, and 3 seconds upon entering she was offering her service (no one was at register...weird)

I told her I didn't need help, but she was cute so I didn't mind small chat about shoes. Two customers had gone up to her and she'd both told them to wait!!! Lol!!

But I didn't close because I thought she was trying to make me buy something...this was only last week so I'll probably go back and close.

One night this beautiful young lady walked up to me, looking like she came straight off the set of Little House on the Prairie with the flower patterned dress, and she made the first move:

Her: "It's my friends birthday."
Me: "Did I miss the Saturday mass?" (referencing her overdress)
Her: (silent)
Me: "You look like you just went to church."
Her: (silent)
Me: "...you look nice..."
Her: (silent)
Me: (tail between legs, turning back to my friend).
Her: (tapping me on the shoulder): "Would you rather have me dress like a S-L-U-T!?"
My friend: "Yeah!"

that wasn't a mistake man, no way you could have known. Dissing your roommate for being in a 5 year relationship at a young age to a girl who just got out of a long one - now thats an f-ing mistake.

I spent a day and a half boning this hot girl and she called me the next day and we were just chatting and I made some comment that I can't even remember, and she said "So it's alright with you if I see other guys?" in a questioning manner, to which I replied "I don't care" and I never heard from her again.

I didn't have her number.

Whoops.

well since for the last two months I was always kinda drunk when I went out to the disco I almost never remembered who I indroduced myself with... I only remembered the girls I made out with but not the rest... so one day I went to the disco again and there was this cute girl... she had her hair still wet because it was snowing outside... I was dancing and she came to the dance floor so I grabbed her and danced for just a short while then I tried some KINO so I've put my hands on her back... pulled her closer... then we were hugging and I asked her "What's your name?"
she: "I won't tell you." (well I don't know why but after this I just kinda assumed we knew eachother and she kinda reminded me of a girl that I've danced before with and her name was Nicole)
me "why not? Nicole?"
well then she let me go immidiately and left... at that moment I knew that I've screwed up badly and felt like an idiot... so now I'm always trying to remember every girl I introduce myself with so nothing like this will happen to me again... AND REMEMBER ALCOHOL IS BAD!
