You answered your own question. Go after the type of girl that values that.

You will be AFC going after any other type of girl. Do not be afraid to cut and dump at a moments notice because that type of girl you seek is increadibly rare.

It’s a great question. But I would say that it’s not easy to screen by introvert/extrovert because an introverted girl may or may not want an introverted guy.

Talk to different girls. See who is interested in YOU, and go from there.

I'm an introvert guy too. My girl is an extrovert now. Does it matter? Of course not. Her interest level is quite high so she respected my choices which mostly involves quiet places. What matter most is how you make her feel when she's with you.

Now, you want to know about what kind of girls you should go for. This is really up to you. If you really want to know it, you might want to read this: "The Relationship Begins Before You Meet Her".
