It’s not that you work at McDonald’s; it’s not about whatever lie you choose to cover that fact. It’s that you’re insecure about what you’re doing with your life. You’re basing your self worth off of external feedback & it’s fvcking up your subcomms. Your employment isn’t what makes you low value; your feelings about yourself are what makes you low value.

Girls will rationalize anything if they are into you. They’ll be into you as long as you own it. For instance, if you think working at McDonald’s is the greatest thing in the world, she’ll be thinking, Oh, I love that he works at McDonald’s. He’s just so immaterialistic—I like that he’s laidback and isn’t like those other guys who only focus on their career and are serious all the time. Etc. etc.

By all means, have ambition to better your life—but don’t let where you are now make you feel sh1tty about yourself.

I mean, you have to word it the right way. If you work at McDonald’s, tell them that you work for a large multinational corporation. It isn’t a lie... Say you work at a gas station, you could say you work for an oil company. Or say you work at an Verizon Wireless store, tell them you work for an international telecommunications network that even the military uses. It’s not about what you say, it’s HOW you say it :D You just gotta frame it the right way.

It's kinda sad that women these days have such unrealistic expectations for wealth and looks. The broke 25 year old fat girl wants some multimillionaire.

I think the best thing is to own whatever you do. @fastlife is so right. You should OWN it man. Say you flip burgers at McDonald's and see what she says. If she walks away, she wasn't right for you anyway.

Hahaha is that all you took from his post?

If a woman makes a big deal about what you do for a living, she is looking for a provider or a show pony.

I take it you're doing a lot of online dating. That sh1t is cut-throat, so I could see lying about what you do, but it will only get you so far.
That's normally the first question most (i.e. 99%) of ladies ask and sounds more like a screening question.

Midnight and Cola are right re age and if it's just some casual sex they are interested in. It's more about looks in that regard.

It's only when she is looking for a LTR possibly marriage and family that she would consider prospects like job, ambition etc. So 25 and up.

For guys who are just looking to get laid do they care if the girl wants to be a future wife and mother with 6 kids, or if they just passed their bar exam? No right? Same for girls who just want something causal.

I don't know how old you are but I'm assuming 20s so you can target late teens early 20s college age girls not looking to settle down anytime soon, which most aren't unless they go to BYU lol.

And the poor desperate foreign girl/ wealthy older guy thing is very a different dynamic than what you see in western cultures so unless you are planning to go to a third world country to pick up women, I wouldnt compare the two.
That's interesting. I thought it would be the other way around. If someone's looking for LTR or marriage they may be somewhat interested in knowing where someone works just as a part of getting to know the whole person rather than screening them out since it's difficult to find someone that you are really compatible with. That would just be like a scoring-card idea. The OP may score low there, but then he may score high somewhere else and the girl may overlook that.

Women only open up easily for casual sex if a guy is high status and is extremely attractive, otherwise, if she's really opening up to everyone that way, most self-respecting men wouldn't want to get involved with that anyway. You won't know what diseases she might have or who she's been with last. The OP has indicated that he is neither high status or very attractive looks wise and therefore has a higher chance of getting into a LTR or relationship.
If you drive up to a random girl with an expensive luxury car, vs if you drive up with a beat up pinto and ask both if they want a ride in your car without explaining where you are going or plan to do with them, what do you think the result is going to be?

Women open up easily for casual sex for the guy who strikes at the right time and makes them tingle. Has nothing at all to do with status. Casual sex and looking for a boyfriend/husband are two different things.

There are hundreds of stories about beta bucks and alpha fcks.

The rich beta, buys all the gifts and pays all the bills.
The deadbeat broke alpha smashes her in the weekends, and doesn't give her anything.

But how could a broke guy be alpha, and a wealthy business owner be beta?

I don't get that.
