I have Karate training at 10am on Sundays. I try to get up at 8am and eat a good breakfast in order to have the energy for training.
However, as part of the warmup we do 20-30 pushups and crunches straight after. After the crunches I always feel dizzy, almost passed out last time.
This was after I've cycled to the dojo and done some warmup running. Had enough sleep... I can only think that my breakfast (porridge w/fruit) was bad? Maybe some more quick carbs directly before training?
What can you recommend? I don't care if it's healthy or stuff, I just don't want to pass out later.
