With the Carnivore diet, I lost 127 kilos to 117. However, since my blood tests showed abnormalities, I was told that I had to switch to a normal diet.

As Muslims, we fast during Ramadan and it is like IF for me. However, I cannot exercise without water. Even when I can eat, there is a line at the gym because it is very crowded.

What can I do at home during this period?

I didn’t know you were muslim. Do you go solely for muslim women or also girls from different faiths?

As far as I know, according to Islam, there is a situation like this:
If you find a woman from another religion that is said to be sent by Allah, you can be with her (Jew or Christian). But if you are with someone who believes in other gods, you cannot marry her (atheist, deist...).
I live in Turkey and everyone I see around me is Muslim or atheist. But I haven't asked anyone about their religion yet. Besides, according to Islam, it is not nice to "hang out" with someone.

By the way, I don't claim to live the religion perfectly. But Ramadan has become one of our traditions now.

I don't know howyou guys say this in english but "Aleykum selam"

It's a phenomenon,
Lyrics fast like Ramadan

I hope you had a great Ramadan. You have a beautiful faith, stick with it, practice it as best as you can and you will be Successful and reap good things. I'm sure there's plenty of nice muslim girls in your area, you just gotta pray and work for it daily. Just live your life and set up opportunities in your life to meet some quality women like going to your Masjid or being involve in your community. Peace out brother.
