What the heck do I do/say?

Hey, I've been reading these boards for awhile, now it's time to break the ice with my little situation.

This girl, very sexy, nice, and classy, sent me a message (i know that's corny) telling me that I should ask somemone out on a date since i haven't in awhile.... now i have no idea how to percieve that.... I've known her for awhile but just started talking to her recently. Is she giving me hints that i should ask her or is it just a straight up suggestion?
