you also lose zinc every time ou ejaculate, because it's part of the male ejaculate. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

Glutamine is practically useless. I wouldn't waste money on it. I did once and it had no effect. Do some research on it and you will see for yourself how "useful" it is.

Yo, I have done some research on it, and it seems mad critical.
Or at least a major benefit to the bodybuilder, as a supp.

Its seems to be a Vital Amino acid. When supplimented it assists protein metabolism, fuel for the immune system, as well as keeping the body from eating it from the muscle when other tissue needs it. Which after a workout the body is extremely low in.

Correct me if I'm wrong. But it seems pretty damn "useful" to a bodybuilder, or anyone that works out tough in a sport.

Real life studies have deemed it useless. That's what the stuff does in your body, but supplementing with it has little impact.
