The situation is this one girl and I who I really clicked with is returning from college for the summer. You could say we broke up but it wasn't because of a lack of attraction or fights, it was because of fate/separate ways. I still like her and I'm somewhat confident she still has feelings for me. While in college we kept in touch and she mentioned very briefly she was dating someone, which I told her to date other people. In a few days she'll be returning, don't know exactly when, and I wanted to know how to handle the situation, if I should contact her to see if we can get together short term, or let her decide to contact me and have her let me know when she arrives. I haven't asked her when she is coming because I didn't want to come off as needy, desperate.
I know I'll get a few "just move on" responses and I have met other girls and got a few numbers, but it's not everyday you meet a great girl, and you shouldn't say to yourself especially when you find what you're looking for, "move on", "give up" because of some small obstacle.
The current plan is to show her that I've moved on and am dating other girls, but I would like to get together, though not long term. Basically let her contact me if she wants to see me again.
So any help, opinions would be appreciated, thanks.
