EAS Protein from Costco.
Mix with milk, flax seed and either:
frozen blueberries, strawberries or mango. sometimes throw a banana in there.
I've been drinking one for breakfast...and one post-workout (I'm just starting to workout after a LOONNGGGG hiatus). I've gotten some good results drinking two of these a day....people say I've lost some weight and I can tell when I'm at the gym my body composition is much more muscular.
