What is your view of Corey Wayne? It is preferred that you have read his book

I like his book and most of his youtube videos. I feel that it has a pretty straight forward strategy regarding dating that seems reasonable and is a good way for a noob to start. Im sure some of you have read and know about his book and teachings from youtube. What do you think about him and his philosophy?

He presents it in a very presentable manner and his videos are pretty solid for starting out. I would honestly recommend starting with "The Rationale Male" and "The Book of Pook" and then "The way of the superior man"...

Generic, recycled material with a goofy happy face and a $1,000 per hour price tag. Guy calls himself a "life coach". These are regular Joes and Jane's without any degrees or credentials teaching about psychology with new age, motivational cliches.

Guy is a total snake oil salesman and I'm not sure why he keeps coming up here. You can get better than his material here on this forum.

At least Neil Strauss and Mystery wrote about this stuff when "game" was relatively new to the masses.

Well, he is doing what he loves to do while earning money from it. My point is that that the book is easy to read and although not perfect it has some nice details for starters.

I dont like to have them around cause I just dont think it leaves a good first impression. If you have many books around and it is one of many others it wouldnt be a problem but if its among the only ones you have it looks worse. Its like if you had one book on your desk that was called "how to be good in bed", it is easy to think that you NEED to improve and it could be a turn off. Probably not a big deal but I just dont want to put any ideas into their heads, even though one should just think that this guy cares about improving himself.

The way of the superior man is a nice book but hard to read when the author decides to substitute any words that could be of ANY offensive nature to please the feminists by using "love" every god damn sentence. The message is still good however. Need to read the others. Sperm wars is also one that is mentioned in the community

When my relationship endured one absence and one breakup over the past 6 months, it was mostly Corey Wayne's material that kept me on the right track to getting back together. His videos on The Power of Walking Away are probably his best.

He's not to bad. I wouldn't say the best, but it's certainly a good place to start out if you are a complete novice. The video and book helped me along the way.

One thing he promotes which I am absolutely on board with is repetition and perseverance. I wouldn't say you have to read one book 10 times. But certainly if you want to make dramatic changes in a particular area, you need to stick at it, for years and years. I see some guys on this site who think they have all the answers and clearly don't. Because their own experience and education have not been varied nor extensive enough.

Corey Waynes outlook is essentially no different to those of most others; that being generally, care less, dont over pursue women, go about life regardless. Not many people would or should question any of those ideals.

The main thing I have against all of these guys is they aren't science based. Human communications socialisation and mating has been studied extensively. There's a pile of books on these topics based on the science.

Now I hear you say but I want to hear from experienced guys. Well you're sitting in a big pile of that. So suave has tips and tricks and field reports from thousands of guys.

Pro tip age and location do matter. So find a couple of senior DJ's here who are about your age and from your city and look at their back posts. As usual my way is a bit of work. So u could just trust some random guy from YouTube who big notes himself as coach and looks like he's storing acorns in his cheeks.

He teaches the basics well, for a noob there is a lot worse out there.

My only problem he preaches an inflexible style, you have to know when to NOT use "the rules" so to speak.

If you follow his stuff you won't embarrass yourself though.

I find most of his stuff helpful, and yes much of it for many of us here are pretty basic, but thats a good thing for people just learning this stuff, and also for others to not forget the basics. So, as Inferno put it previously, I dont think you would embarrass yourself using his stuff.

His stuff on inner game and things like not chasing women are correct, but they are very basic concepts. IMO he is overrated and charging a lot for advice that can be found for free at places like rationalmale, girlschase, and this forum.

He's telling you what you want to hear.

If what he said came true (walking away increased her interest level and she came back, and she started falling in love right around the 3-4 month mark), saying he told me what I wanted to hear is not an argument. Further, he doesn't tell people what they want to hear when he says "You turn and walk away and never look back, and if she is interested she will reach out, but if her interest level was below 50%, she isn't ever coming back". That was tough to face but I waited nearly 2 weeks and (more than one girl) did come back.

He wrote an almost 300 page book that could have been 50 pages. It's filled with anecdotal stories from his life when he was once 'beta'. There is nothing wrong with parable... but Jesus Christ, make it entertaining.

There really is nothing unique in his content. It is simply Doc Love, Book of Pook, and Rational Male. Or Doc Love + sex, without any real philosophy behind it. What he sells is good advice typically, except when he starts this relationship BS. Trying to figure out how to make women stay with you, but this is where the money is. You have a bunch for fvcking clueless dudes willing to pay him to get what is available for free in the Book of Pook. But really this is what life coaches do... they are a voice behind you tell those with no self discipline to get off their @sses.

I will say that Wayne's stuff is free, you can get his book at no cost, and his videos are available online. All you lose is time to consume it. Just read and watch it with the understanding that he is is boring as hell, and you have to wade though a mountain of chick-like BS to get to stuff that really will help you.
