I guess I'll do mine first. I take a shower once a day and wash my hair with selsun blue shampoo. I wash my face with Purpose gentle skin cleanser and then after I get out I put on a lightweight moisturizer for sensitive skin.

What is your skincare regiman and how is it working for you?

I shower 2-3 times a day. Im like an addict lol. I wash my hair with sauve shampoo and clean n clear or neutrogena facial scrub, then I use a spot treatment for individual pimples.

After my post morning work out shower, I use a low spf skin moistiurizer. Can't be too careful in a dry enviroment such as mine. Before I go to sleep I use eucerien since it works best while you're inactive.

Eucerin is the best lotion I've used, the cheap suave stuff worked too I guess. It's healing my busted up knuckles from the heavybag work, after my initial neosporin usage. Also helps with the winter skin. If you ever get a case of the winter itch which I did severely once, invest in the Eucerin Calming Cream, it was about $7-8 for a tube but it was a lifesaver.

This is why they remain normal and sub-par.

They don't give enough of a sh!t about themselves to take a few minutes per day to care for thier skin.
